Before anal sex, prepping the anal opening by inserting a flat size 1-3 soccer ball (or something of similar size), then inflating with a manual pump until preferred width. Once preferred psi is reached, slowly release the air, and remove the object from the anus. After being prepped, now indulge in anal sex.
