When a person logged on to the social networking site Twitter uses the post and reply features so much within a short period of time, the service temporarily shuts down their tweeting privileges.

Twangover

When a person uses the social networking site Twitter so much, and spends all hours of the day tweeting with friends, that they suffer from headaches due to lack of sleep, not enough sunlight, and vitamin deprivation.

OMG OW! Waking up with a headache from all the late night twittering! I have a twitter hangover--a twangover! Ow.
