A portmanteau of fag and vagina and metamorphosis.

1) The metamorphosis from the state of being a fag to that of being a full-fledged vagina.

2) The state of being a "full-fledged vagina" having recently been a "total fagot".

Jay: It's Saturday night and Brandon refuses to go out with us because his woman won't let him.
