A portmanteau describing a blowjob administered with the gentle and judicious use of teeth, to the mutual gratification of both parties. From 'chewy' and 'hummer'. Distinct from 'bummer', (biting hummer) in that the chummer is performed principally with the back teeth, as opposed to the incisors.
