v. to feel the need to eat due to marijuana or alcohol consumption; based off the character in Scooby Doo and popular folk belief that he and Shaggy were in fact drug abusers as an explanation for both characters' appetites

n. edible materials for those who are intoxicated on marijuana or alcohol
