Diarrhea of the anus after one has chosen to complete the nugget challenge from McDonald's. Symptoms are diarrhea, light headedness, dizziness, cramps, bloating, gas and burning butt hole. Nuggethea is a very serious condition and can be found mostly in young adults and obese individuals.
