Someone who is always at the beach, Refuses to work or do anything involving labor, rides a skateboard of some sort or a bike(usually beach cruisers). Usually always at a bonfire on weekends. Smoke weed and Drink..alott. Listen to bands like Sublime and rebelution and bob marley.
