.The act of one eating their lunch/dinner at their work desk instead of taking the official break and go to the kitchen
Also can mean taking little bites of your lunch before your official lunch break.

"Yo bro, are you going to your break now?"
"Nah, I think I'm just gonna do some Shariffing"
