nfokho is a common word used in Lebanon among friends. It literally translates to "Blow it" equivalent to "get lost"! So to put it in context, when you are trying to tell your friend(s) a story and they don't buy it they will tell you nfokho!
Yesterday I was offered a new job at the pharmacy for 5,000$. The male or female friend will hence say, eh nfokho!!
