Sklemation 

"Sklemation", (¡) used when writing books; sometimes an exclamation mark just isn't enough and you want to convey a subtle whisper.

Sklemation - Esther said: "¡THERE ARE SHARKS IN THE SHORE! GET AWAY FROM THE SHORE¡". We are fully aware that this sentence should in reality be shouted but we believe the example is still relevant.
