Stands for Mob, Cruise, and Repeat.
First you Mob: Hang with da scudz firing up blizzys and packing chews.
Then you Cruise: You and da scudz take any number of cars to your next mobbin location, listening to slapping ass songs and bussin out the banjo

After you cruise to the next location, you repeat the process.
