In reference to how great the show Breaking Bad is, this term was developed to describe how something is more than bad ass.

Pat: "Hey, Eric. Did you see Conan's show last night?"
Eric: "Yeah, it was breaking bad ass!!"

When someone talks about themselves and a boy/girl getting sensual, but it ends up to be false, or nothing at all.

Miles: "Dude, I was getting far with this girl last night."
Andy: "Man, all you did was play tickle wars."
