A telecommunications / tech support acronym pronounced "No-Fak." It stands for "Not Our Problem, Here's A Quarter."

It is used by tech support, network and telecom engineers when a customer or another department complains about an issue that is completely outside of their control. The phrase jokingly tells the person to take a quarter, find a payphone, and call someone who actually cares about or can help them with their problem.
Customer: "My internet is down because my dog chewed through the router power cord!"
Tech Support: "Sounds like a NOPHAQ situation right there."
