barftender

A bartender at a skanky dive bar where all people do is get piss drunk and puke. This bar is usually the last stop on a night of excessive drinking. Often times the person who turns the bartender into the barftender is a weekend warrior trying to hang with seasoned alcoholics.

What's it take to get another drink around here?!?! Where's the barftender?
