Omsim comes from the Filipino word "mismo".

Mismo means "you're right" or "I agree".

Man 1: I heard your dad left for some milk?
Man 2: Omsim, I don't think he'll come back.
Man 1: Omsim hahahahahahahhahah

a.) A random expression for those who don't know what to express or how to respond to someone.

b.) Literally, it means masturbate. (The first definition is funnier)

Person 1: Hey, did you answer the Math homework?
Person 2: ...
Person 1: Did you?
Person 2: ...Jabol.

ex. 2
Person 1: What did you do last night?
Person 2: Jabol.
