(Drop Trou Jeans) Pants that are "Larger" than the wearer, and the tops of their underwear can be seen. Plus they must constantly keep them from falling so they won't trip.

Damn, I 'd love that guy's DTJs "ONE" good yank, and see him "Fall" on his ass!
