Don't send your kids to elkton high school, the place is a jungle. Also, the ymca of cecil county, located of rt.40 in elkton, is home to some of the best basketballers and jacked, gorilla-like, just swollen guys getting ripped on a day-to-day basis. Best place by far in cecil county, possibly world.
