To slouch disrespectfully and contemptuously on a couch or bench in an inappropriate context (i.e. funeral / church / parliament).

Alternately, to be unable to sit up due to the effects of extreme drink and/or mental deficiency.

Everybody else was all weepy at the funeral, but I just wanted to mogg about on the sofa in the back - it was boring.
