Something very, very, good. Quite often used with 'absolutely'.

That pint was absolutely chost! Or, if you're lucky: there's this bird at work who likes the styles - she's absolutely chost!

Can be used to replace words associated with sex, alcohol and drugs in pretty much any instance.
