Used to describe a female that at first appears attractive, but is revealed to be anything but with a closer look.

Man 1: Man, that girl is super hot. I'm gonna go talk to her.

Man 2: No wait a minute. Ya she's just a SOFA, better not.

MMX refers to the Class of 2010. Literally it is roman numeral 2,010, but has been adapted to fit the Class of '10.

MMX will be the best senior class ever!
