Fiat 

The act of commanding a result with no appreciation for the effort required to attain said result while ignoring any complexity of the presupposed problem(s). Often represented in political and societal power hierarchies as a tool of those with greater authority either to further personal gain or create the necessary conditions for scapegoating.

"Fix It All Today!" is a handy acronym.

Today the CEO sent a memo out declaring that we need to fix our data, as if the seas part by the will of her executive fiat.

When something happens automatically AND works exactly as desired. Typically used in the rare circumstance that a company's IT developer automates something and it still works correctly.
