When a political figure in a high office, (i.e.; The President) tries to push for some sort of change but is unable to due to opposition from the opposing party.

The President has political constipation since he can't get new regulations to pass in Congress.

The websites one goes to warm up their slow internet for the day.

Since my internet when it first starts up is slow I have it do internet calisthenics by going to easy to load websites.

mid level crisis 

When you reach a point in playing an MMO where you feel you can't level up and have no purpose of playing, yet you play anyway.

First Guy: "Man, I have no idea what I'm gonna do now that i finished the story line of this game.

Second Guys: "Hey wait, looks like there's gonna be a new content update"

First Guy: "Finally, goodbye mid level crisis"
