Stands for 'Get your LIFE together.' It's the guilt associated with not having any goals in your life. It can also be the shame that comes with being a loser, failure, or someone that had potential but didn't amount to much. It can also be the feeling that you get that helps you to get your life back on track.

It is the combination of "Shut the f*ck up" and "Get the f*ck outta here." It is used to express extreme surprise or disbelief.

A metric to determine if a woman is wifey material. A female that has had sex with a lot of men has high (and/or heavy) crotch mileage. The same way a used vehicle with a lots of mileage may have a lower blue book value; females with high (and/or heavy) crotch mileage are less desirable.
The chick I'm dating seems like wifey material, but I can't get over the fact that she's slept with 30+ guys, her crotch mileage is way too high for me.
