a) Acting or being ridiculously happy.
b) A ridiculously good mood.

Comes from a mispronunciation of the word hyphy made by me while I was rolling balls.

Another word for an ecstasy pill. Taken from an episode of Drawn Together where Wooldor eats "crunchberries" and rolls hella balls.
