Beyond goofy. If someone is goofy, but you feel it is more than just goofy than you would say someone is boofy.

Guy 1: “Cecilia is the goofiest girl I know”

This is something you say when someone does something or says something “retarded.” The song lost it by rich the kid says in the first line, “the coupe is retarded”
