pulling a jon cuevas is when you tell your close friends that you hate them and will never be their friends again and curses at them with lots of horrible words.

one day later: guys we can be friends it was a JOKEE i was KIDDINGGGG
after he sees us at guidence : starts cussing again

then repeat a week later.
