A nickname given to Youtuber Daniel Howell (formerly known as danisnotonfire) whenever he looks at his "best friend" and "roommate", fellow Youtuber Phil Lester (aka AmazingPhil) with a loving look in his eyes.

Friend: "Did you see AmazingPhil's most recent video?"
Me: Yes. Several times. I'm still not over the way Dan looked at Phil towards the end.
Friend: Same. Heart Eyes Howell strikes again.
