A female-identifying person who leads a life immersed in chip consumption, chip culture, and chip advocacy. Chip signifies all kinds of chips (i.e. potato chips, sweet potato chips, corn chips, tortilla chips, and french fries).

I can't believe her boobs are so big. It's probably because she's such a chipgirl.
