A Female that blocks an individual from Instant Messanger for no aparent reason, usually to avoid possible ackward confrontation.

It is not understood if the Blocky McBlockerstein understands that the one who is being blocked is aware that they are being blocked. The Blocky McBlockerstein may not really care.
