A vial word dedicated to the worst of the worst sayings. To know this word is to know death itself. A group or family of misfits, crooks, and perverts who goal in life is to make things miserable to others. Also associated with a rouge group of drunkers who eat to excess often devouring chicken wings and copious amounts of pizza.

Look at those drunk idiots...all I can say is they must be TLs. or That guy ate all the pizza and hot wings at the buffet...What a TL he is.
