When somebody only looks good in photos. In real life they look unpleasant or undesirable, opposite to what you had previously thought from their picture.

When someone is rotten and goated at the same time. Interchangeable, as in they can be rotten, or goated. Or even rotten in a good way.

Vlad: "Nikita ran all the way here today!"
