Yeah, that's it.") and Kristen Wiig's Penelope the Compulsive Liar (e.g. "Mine when through the roof too, they were just really high, they went around the roof and through the roof, so high that they were all over the roof. They were higher than yours."

Acronym for "In All My Copious Free Time." Used when complaining to a friend or trusted colleague that you were just given yet another task, in spite of already being quite busy. May also be used ruefully with whomever assigned the task to draw attention to how busy one is, but without suggesting refusal to take responsibility for the task.
Why, sure, I’m happy to squeeze in that 3-hour task IAMCFT at the end of this 14-hour work day. Sleep is for losers!
