A derivative from The words "serious","seriously", and the phrase "for real", whilst slurring your words, usually incoherently and dribbling saliva .

Drunkard: "More ale plesh landlord."

Landlord: "Sorry sir, you have had too much to drink already, it not worth my licence."

drunkard: "Cereal?"
