When, during sex, a finger/fingernail hooks someone's anus during intercourse, causing snagging and discomfort. Like the fishing term when the fish is hooked in the tail rather than the mouth.

I tried to hold on to my girlfriend's ass during sex, and I accidentally foul hooked her!
