pachitis

Inflammation of the Pachita. A pachita is what this bolivian kid called a vagina once upon a time in La Paz.

It is the infectious disease of being a puss or coward. It is another way to call someone a puss.

Can also be used as though you have caught the disease. Patch.

Oh you're out of breath...is your pachitis acting up?

Me - Let me guess, your Pachitis flared up a bit?
