Jigglypuff

Jigglypuff was the original asshole who drew on people's faces when they passed out.

Example as verb:
-Dude, Bryant passed out again!
-I'm totally going to go jigglypuff on his ass.

Example as noun:
-Wow, you really shouldn't have used that permanent marker because he has an interview tomorrow morning! You're such a jigglypuff, Karen.
