Someone who has "oboistic" tendencies, where oboistic is defined as someone who:

- loves making fake excuses to get out of important appointments
- gets very emotional
- loves organising weddings of people he has no relationship with, for free

Usually added to a name to denote that the person has the characteristics of an "obz".

"This guy is such a bobz"

"where did this kobz go"

"look at this nobz"

"he's pulling an obz"
