Funpulsory

An activity that is supposed to be fun but is also compulsory (e.g. the wedding of someone you can't be arsed with; wear-a-contrived-item-to-work day; the entire concept of New Year's Eve).

The wearing of Christmas jumpers at this year's party is funpulsory.
