BTMCs are beard-to-mustache connectors. BTMCs are the patches of hair on a man's face that connect the beard to the mustache, and are often quite difficult to grow.
That dude's beard isn't full yet; he's got a chin strap and a mustache but he looks pretty weird without the BTMCs!
