A term used to describe members of rural families that practice Incest and other forms of Family member playtime. Originates from the Ryan Brothers. People with the nickname "Cesty" also are usually from a region of Alabama or in the rural north. Other forms include Big Cesty and Little Cesty
Big Cesty and Little Cesty are having family playtime tonight, better make sure to stay far away from them.
