The belief that fat people are inferior to non-fat people. This can lead to mistreatment in the medical system, medical misinformation and social ostracization.

Fatphobe: Being fat is a medical condition so why should I feel sympathy for you?
Based chad: Your health has no indication on your moral character and fatphobia has rotted your brain to the point where you've forgotten how to be kind
Example 2.
(Former)fat person: My doctor blamed all my issues on my weight so I lost it so they could take me seriously. By the time they took my medical problems seriously the problem had gotten too bad to treat as affectively if we had caught it early. I wouldn't be battling chronic pain right now if it weren't for the doctor's fatphobia.
