Crotch sweat that soaks through one's clothes. Can also be used with "bicracky" meaning "of the butt crack," such as "bicracky perswami."

Gina's perswami was evident through her sweat shorts as she climbed on the stair master.

Tim's bicracky perswami smelled so bad, we nearly all passed out in the elevator.
