A new drug that is produced by combining crystal meth/jib/Tina/ice, with fentanyl/fettey/down and smoked/injected/ingested at the same time. It’s spelled the same way backwards as it is forwards.

“I just invented a new drug. Jib and fettey mixed. I call it yettey.”
