The vaginapocalypse is a great disaster; it can be described a sudden and very bad event that causes much fear, loss, or destruction to both the woman experiencing PMS and menstrual cramps, and to the unlucky view with whom she choses to interact.

Dave: You're more chipper than the last time I saw you.
Sally: Ahhhh yes, I was suffering from the 'vaginapocalypse'
