spworm

Single giant sperm cell, the size of a worm or a small snake. It wriggles out of the penis in a painless ejaculation, after which it can easily be caught and disposed to prevent pregnancy.

Early 21st century portmanteau of "sperm" from Greek "sperma" (seed) and "worm" from Old English "wyrm" (legless, elongated invertebrate).
