The light in a manual transmission car that lights up when it is time to shift.

The dummy light is saying to shift, so you better shift before the car explodes!

schnitzles

Teenie, tiny bits of paper that children often drop onto the carpet which makes them very difficult to clean up. Parents know this and when the see the schnitzling begin they get very tense.

"Stop throwing those schnitzles all over the floor!"
