Both empathetic yet apathetic; It’s where you’re understanding of person/situation but you don’t relate, nor do you forgive (negotiable/alternating per person).

“I know they hurt my feelings, but they’re probably just going through something. It still hurt, so I think I’ll leave them alone now.”
