double end twister

The Double End Twister is the act of having extreme liquid poop and vomiting at the same time. The name comes from the act of vomiting in the toilet then spinning back around to crap in the toilet. Back and fourth until you get an occilating type motion, known as the Double End Twister

Man I was so sick last night, i must have done the Double End Twister for at least an hour.
