A girl who you like everything about physically except her race. Some people just naturally like their own race and some people are afraid of social persecution, so these factors can turn a girl into a butterrace.

John: Ain't that girl fly? George: Yeah it's cool she's hot on paper but I'm just not into Mongolian girls so to me she's unfortunately a butterrace.
