It's an Egyptian word to describe a really hot chick. it's a higher level than a mozza. usually it's used to refer more to taller girls.
Dude1: shoft el mozza di! (Did you see this mozza?)
Dude2: di mish mozza, di gamda neik, di wataka (that's not a mozza, she's hotter, she's a wataka)
